An American-made leather sports jacket from the 1940s–1950s.

Crafted from supple ponyhide, this jacket features a front zipper closure. It has developed a stunning color—fading to a coffee-brown in places—and offers a soft, comfortable fit that makes it easy to wear. It is highly functional, featuring four front pockets: the upper pockets have zippers with diamond-shaped pull tabs, while the lower pockets include both flaps and side-entry (muff) pockets. The waist is fitted with a buttoned belt containing an elastic insert; the elastic remains in good condition and has not lost its stretch.

The zipper is a TALON model, featuring black-finished teeth on a brown cotton tape—a classic detail. It is in excellent working order with no issues.

The ponyhide is exceptionally robust and durable, showing no signs of damage or wear. The original brown finish has worn away in places, creating a beautiful, authentic patina.

The jacket is lined with brown rayon and bears the "GRAIS" manufacturer’s label.

There is a tear in the lining near the label, as well as three oil stains on the lining.

Given the excellent condition of the leather, this vintage piece is well-suited for continued wear.

1940年代から1950年代にかけてのアメリカ製のレザースポーツジャケット。

マテリアルはしなやかなポニーハイドレザー、ジッパーフロント。
見事なカラーに変化しています。所々コーヒーブラウンカラーにフェイドし、柔らかな着心地は着用しやすいものです。4ポケットフロント、上部のポケットはひし形のスライダーのついたジッパー、下部ポケットはフラップとマフポケットを備える実用性の高いも。ウエストにはエラスティック付きのボタンつきベルトが。内蔵ゴムも伸びておらずコンディションは良好です。


ジッパーのメーカーはTALON製。黒塗りされたティースにブラウンカラーのコットンテープがクラシカルです。コンデイションは良好で不具合のない状態です。

ポニーハイドレザーはすこぶる堅牢で頑強なコンディションで不具合や痛みは全くございません。着色はブラウンで所々塗装が剥がれ素晴らしいパティーナが起きています。


ライニングはブラウン色のレーヨンライニング。
GRAISの製造メーカーラベル付き。

ラベルの付近のライニングに破れ、ライニングにオイル汚れが３か所ございます。

レザーコンディションは良好ですのでこれからも着込んでいけるヴィンテージです。
