2025年にマテリアルのウールをよりリアルに改定しています。
ボタンも改定をおこなっています。このボタンは実物よりも厚みをもたせています。後年オリジナルとして流通しないための措置となります。

また、ラベルはピュアコットンラベルのため比較的早い時期にシミなどが発生し変色致します。これは実物どおりの仕様であり、化繊などを使用していないための変化です。縫製糸も同様で綿糸100%の糸で縫製していますため、変色などの劣化が発生します。

The buttons have also been revised. These buttons are thicker than the original. This is to prevent this item from being distributed as an original in the future.

The label is made of pure cotton, so stains and discoloration will occur relatively quickly. This is due to the fact that this is an accurate representation of the original and does not use synthetic fibers. The same goes for the sewing thread, which is sewn with 100% cotton thread and is subject to discoloration and other deterioration.



In the early 1940s, "Submarine clothing" was developed and adopted as a winter work clothing system for U.S. Navy submarine crews.

This clothing system for submarine crews is a concept of wearing a jacket and trousers as a set, and was planned and adopted as a system for work inside submarines in winter and cold regions.

In 2011, this submarine jacket, whose existence was almost unknown, was reproduced precisely for the first time in the world. For the production, we inspected more than 20 existing actual items, and furthermore analyzed the materials of the navy at that time. In addition, we disassembled the wool fabric of our vintage original submarine jacket and analyzed it from the yarn used, in order to reproduce the double cloth wool with herringbone weave on the front and lattice weave on the back that was used in the real thing at the time. , Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, which is a town of textiles, produced fabrics.

1940年代以前から存在する、米海軍潜水艦乗組員用の冬季作業用被服システムとして開発採用された「Submarine clothing」

このサブマリンクルー用の被服システムは、ジャケットとトラウザースをセットとして着用する構想であり、冬期や寒冷地における潜水艦内の作業用のシステムとして計画・採用されました。

2011年その存在が殆ど知られていなかった、このサブマリンジャケットを世界で初めて精密に復刻いたしました。製作にあたって、現存する実物を20着以上検証し、さらに当時の海軍の資料を分析致しました。また弊社所有の、ヴィンテージオリジナルのサブマリンジャケットのウール生地を分解し使用される糸から分析を行い、当時の実物に使用されていた表面がヘリンボン織り、裏面が格子織りのダブルクロスウールを再現するため、繊維の町である愛知県一宮市において生地の製作をおこないました。弊社のサブマリンジャケットは、ヴィンテージさながらに再現された日本製100%ウールを使用しています。使用ボタンはホルムアルデヒドが含有された国産特注ボタンを使用しています。　またポケットスレキやハンガーループの生地も徹底的に再現しています。
