TYPE A-2 W535 AC21996 A-2 made by AERO LEATHER CLOTHING, ordered in 1941.

Thick horse leather in a coffee brown color.
The zipper is CROWN. The leather is in beautiful condition, with a beautiful patina and a sturdy texture.

This is a relatively early model A-2, and is a carefully crafted jacket. The rib knit used features the red rib commonly found in Aero Leather, both at the hem and sleeves.

The zipper is a crown, commonly known as a chevron, and is renowned for its smooth operation.

The front features a patch, and the back features B-17 and IKES BIKE paint. While details about the unit are unknown, the paint is impressive and the cotton thread used to sew the patch is in good condition.
"IKES" stands for Eisenhower.

The leather is smooth and not hardened. Patina is visible on the sleeves and body, and the subtle reddish leather finish is a unique feature of the original.

The attached knitwear is also completely original and in excellent condition.
The lining has minor tears and is in used condition, with only oxidized oil stains. The label is still attached.
The snap buttons are in perfect condition, and the zipper works well.

厚みのあるホースレザー　コーヒーブラウンカラー。
ジッパーはCROWN。レザーのコンディションは美しいパティーナが特徴で実際の革の質感も堅牢です。

比較的初期のモデルのA-2であり、丁寧に作られているジャケットです。使用されるリブニットは、裾と袖両方がエアロレザー製によくみられるレッドリブ。

ジッパーはクラウン、一般的にシェブロンと呼ばれるジッパーであり作動の自然さは定評のあるところです。

フロントにはパッチ、背面にはB-17とIKES BIKEのペイント。部隊等の詳細は不明ですが、迫力のあるペイントでありパッチを縫製している綿糸も問題ありません。
「IKES」とはアイゼンハワーのことを表しています。

硬化している箇所もなくスムーズなレザー。パティーナは袖や見頃に見られ、うっすらと赤みがっかたレザーの表情はオリジナルのもつ魅力と言えます。

取り付けられたニットもフルオリジナルです。
ライニングは破れなどは微細なものが見られますがUSEDコンディションで酸化した油汚れなどがみられます。ラベルも残っています。
スナップボタン類も完全で、ジッパーの作動も良好です。
